1. Imagine
Looking at powerful industry and customer trends that hold transformational potential. These trends in mind, we imagine and come to consensus on what the future might look like.

2. Design
Next, we design the blueprint. The future industry landscape in mind, what is our shared vision for the company’s future state? What does our successful future business look like - and what changes are required to get there?

3. Execute
Now that we know where we are going, we can set about implementing realistic “stepping stone” investments and initiatives to turn our shared vision into an achievable reality.
